May 24-25, 2019
"Seeing what God is doing and what is yet to be done helps me keep my focus in the right place."
"We were inspired and encouraged to seek the Lord's direction for our lives."
EXPLORE ABT is not only interesting, it will also help you refocus, according to these participants.
Come and experience "an engaging and interactive time, filled with well-informed snapshots" of what is involved in Bible translation and church planting as conservative Anabaptists. Facing "the reality of the need and the challenges of meeting it" is an important part of keeping our lives focused on our Master's call to seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness.
Registration is open for this event held at State College, PA, May 24-25, 2019.
Watch as ABT members demonstrate fun but intense language-learning methods. Learn the importance of faithful teaching and translating, as Ben Sullivan tells how things went with one indigenous tribe in Central America. Worship our great God as Paul Dye, veteran NTM missionary pilot, tells of God's miraculous deliverance in the jungles of South America. Think through the implications of communicating the Gospel cross-culturally as Steve Sanford talks about surprises their team encountered in the Joti people's worldview.
And most of all, come away with a fresh vision for what God intends to do in this world through His church. Take this as a chance to refocus.
