Progress to Date

2018-2019 - Interaction with local authorities for approval and permits.
December, 2019 - Excavation began.
Jan-Feb, 2020 - Footer and foundation poured after completing under-slab plumbing.
March, 2020 - Excavated and constructed fire-code cistern.
June 10, 2020 - Framing began.

Costs to Date

$120,000 - Buying back 3.5 acres from a local brother for the building
$69,400 - Permitting and architectural design
$163,600 - Excavation and construction
$353,000 - Costs to date

Estimated Costs Remaining

$280,000 - Remaining total from contractor's estimate (less credit donated toward lumber)
$51,500 - Remaining excavation and cistern costs, appliances, and furnishings
$10,500 - Miscellaneous costs
$342,000 - Estimated Costs Remaining

Receipts to Date

The costs listed above are expected to bring us to move-in date, but more will be needed for finishing touches and possibly for future development.

Thanks to your support, we have been able to do this project debt free. We are committed to not going into debt. To date, we have received $165,500 for this project. Expenses beyond this amount are being supplied from general contributions.

Funds designated for the building project will free up general contributions to directly support All-Nations programs and administration.

Building Use

This building includes large storage and processing areas, a commercial kitchen, and office and reception areas. It will be used for the following:
Offices

  • Working area for full-time and part-time staff
Events
  • Annual Orientation with new members
  • Annual All-Nations Camp Week for members
Meetings
  • Quarterly Board meetings
  • Occasional church partnership meetings
  • Meetings with All-Nations members and teams
  • Six-week Team Launch before teams are sent out
Agriculture
  • Implement storage
  • Food processing

We are investigating possibilities for a for-profit agricultural venture that will make use of this agriculturally zoned building and help cover ongoing costs of All-Nations.
