In this presentation Ethan and Lynnae paint a picture of what it’s been like for them to live in a primitive Mixtec village in southern Mexico. The people they have come to love and know have lives very different from our own: superstition, Shamans, curses, animal sacrifices, and many animistic rituals. How will these people come to know and believe the true gospel? “Death is a beginning in more ways than one; it has the potential to be like a seed…”
Although it’s tempting to skip or abbreviate this stage, David highlights the importance of learning a language well before proceeding with cross-cultural ministry. Additionally, he stresses the need to immerse oneself in the culture through observation, then investigation, and finally participation in the everyday experiences of the people.
This presentation explores our vision at All-Nations for church planting. Brother Earl provides some definition for what we call “indigenous” and also gives some synonyms for this term. What do we mean when at All-Nations when we talk about “indigenous church planting” and what do we not mean? Brother Earl suggests that we should seek to plant churches that will be “set apart to God” and yet “reproducible in their cultural context.”
Brother Tim Miller, a leader of a Sending Church and part of a support team, describes their journey in preparing to send someone long-term to work on the field with All-Nations. This presentation gives an overview of what it might look like for a church to send a member to the field, as well as the training involved in preparation for this journey.
This message explores how to maintain spiritual vitality in the midst of demanding ministry. Drawing from Scripture and real-life experience, John reminds us that we are whole beings—spirit, soul, and body—and each area needs care. With practical wisdom and heartfelt conviction, he encourages rhythms of rest, worship, Scripture, healthy relationships and more. A talk given at All-Nations Camp Week 2025.
A message teaching biblical principles of teamwork through the example of Paul and Barnabas in Acts. Emphasizing calling, trust, mission clarity, humility, and accountability, John draws lessons from their journey and ministry challenges. Key themes include building trust through faithfulness, submitting personal gifts for group good, navigating team conflict, avoiding jealousy over recognition, and remaining focused on God’s glory. A talk given at All-Nations Camp Week 2025.
This sermon calls believers to become true peacemakers—those who reflect God’s heart by pursuing peace in relationships, teams, and churches. Drawing from Jesus’ words in the Sermon on the Mount and supported by Scripture throughout, John emphasizes that unresolved conflict weakens our witness and saps spiritual vitality. Peacemaking, rooted in humility, truth, and the Spirit’s work, requires listening, honesty, courage, and a willingness to lay down personal rights. Jesus Himself is our peace, and we are called to follow Him in the work of reconciliation. A talk given at All-Nations Camp Week 2025.
This message looks at how God shapes us through suffering—through the quiet faith of a daughter dying of cancer, a young bride in chains, and persecuted believers who would not deny Christ. Ken shows us how trials become a witness, pointing beyond this world. Be stirred to live faithfully, living as salt and light, even when it costs everything. A talk given at All-Nations Camp Week 2025.
