How to Join All-Nations

Interested in serving with an All-Nations team in an unreached people group?
This is where you start.

All-Nations members are long-term workers who typically serve on church-planting teams. To prepare for this work, you will apply to join All-Nations as a member-in-training.

It is important to realize that joining All-Nations begins a partnership between All-Nations and your sending church. This is why we ask that you discuss your interest with your church before taking steps to join All-Nations. Sending and supporting you or your family will be a major commitment for your church.

As you prayerfully consider joining All-Nations, we encourage you to look over the application form below. Also, familiarize yourself with the contents of this website, make sure you receive our monthly emails and quarterly newsletters, and get acquainted with our Statement of Faith and Practice and our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

When you are ready to apply as a member-in-training with All-Nations, follow the steps outlined below.

1. Give the Pastor Reference Form to one of your church leaders.

  1. If married, ask him to fill out a form for both husband and wife.
  2. As we evaluate the reference form, we may discuss it with your church leader(s).
  3. When we are satisfied with this discussion, you will be notified to continue the application process.

2. Complete the application and send it to All-Nations.

  1. If married, both husband and wife should complete an application and have reference forms sent to us.
  2. We don’t mind if you fill out the application during Step 1, but we prefer that you do not send it to us until Step 1 is completed.
  3. See the application itself for further instructions.

3. All-Nations will notify you and your church leader of our decision.

  1. Our Application Review Committee and Board of Directors will work together to make a decision regarding your application.
  2. We may contact you with questions and share or discuss your application with your church leader(s).
  3. We typically complete this process in one to two months.

4. If accepted, All-Nations will assign you a representative and help you get started with the necessary training.

  1. We will also help you get oriented with a number of helpful documents.
  2. Expect to be in the training process at least two to four years.
